Kerry B. Wolfe

Kerry earned his BS degree in marketing from the University of Illinois in 1975 and his JD from the Loyola School of Law in 1978.

An accomplished attorney, Kerry has enjoyed a distinguished career in both private practice and in a corporate setting specializing in corporate law and real estate. He has over four decades of experience in multiple aspects of real estate reviewing contracts, negotiating the transaction, resolving disputes or coordinating the architecture, design and construction of multimillion dollar private residences.

Kerry also served as Vice President of Strategic Development and General Counsel for the Atlas Companies, industry leaders in the material handling business for over 50 years before negotiating and documenting the sale of all seven companies in three separate transactions. He then formed his own law practice while also embarking on a career as a residential real estate broker for the premier company in Illinois.

Kerry is known for his collaborative style and trusted advice to senior management through multiple directorships and strategic advisory boards.  He negotiated and completed over 50 business acquisitions, mergers and alliances in the US, Europe, South America and Asia.

Kerry’s passion has always been in hands-on service and compassionate and intuitive involvement with his clients. The opportunity to connect with people and participate in making their dreams a reality excites and energizes him.

In 2018, he joined Gary and the team in seeking to take their foundational work to the next level in serving the youth of Jamaica. Kerry visited Jamaica on multiple occasions and always enjoyed the people and the island’s beauty. However, working with the team and seeing the kids and how their future can be altered on his last visit, moved him deeply and has him fully committed to making a difference in their lives.

He is providing legal services and strategic counseling to the organization and is totally excited about the future of Cornerstone and Jamaica’s underserved youth.
